These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Educateley website and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by Educateley, based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Educateley.
2. Use of the Services

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Educateley harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
